Friday Morning Watch | Prayer for Israel and the Nations

Scripture reveals that God has a distinct purpose for Israel and the Jewish people, and one of the ways He calls His people to participate in the fulfillment of His promises is through persistent intercessory prayer. Through the prophet Isaiah, God declares that He has appointed watchmen who will cry out to Him day and night, refusing to remain silent until His purposes for Jerusalem are fulfilled.
“I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.” — Isaiah 62:6–7
