Through fiery trials and suffering, the Church is purified and transformed into a mature Bride, ready to reveal His beauty and righteousness to the nations.

Ultimately, the restoration of all things begins with a restored Church—one that reflects God’s holiness, embraces His judgments, and embodies His glory in a darkening world.

Rui Porfirio presents the Cross as both the beginning and the culmination of God’s plan for the ages.

The message unfolds how the Cross released divine power that reversed the curse, sealed every covenant, and set in motion the renewal of all things. Every promise—from the Abrahamic blessing to the Davidic throne—finds its assurance in the blood of Christ.

The teaching moves through the unfolding of God’s end-time purposes: the redemption of the nations, the vindication of the saints, the final judgment of evil, and the destruction of death itself. It culminates in the unveiling of God’s beauty—when the once-rejected Man of Sorrows will be seen in His glory, adored by every tongue and tribe.

The Cross is not merely the starting point of salvation; it is the center of the entire story of God—past, present, and future.

The Importance of Becoming People of Understanding

The Importance of Becoming People of Understanding

God is raising up messengers who carry wisdom and clarity in the last days. Will you be one of them?

In Daniel 11:33, a prophecy of the end times reveals a key group of people: “Those who have understanding shall instruct many.” In the midst of great shaking, pressure, and deception, God promises to raise up messengers with clarity and spiritual insight—people who will help others navigate the times with wisdom and faith.

In a generation filled with confusion, misinformation, and fear, the Church is not called to retreat but to lead. Becoming people of understanding is not reserved for a spiritual elite—it is a calling for all believers who want to walk closely with Jesus and be useful in His purposes.

Understanding in Scripture doesn’t mean simply having intellectual knowledge. It means being aligned with God’s heart, His Word, and His ways. People of understanding are those who:

Know the Word of God deeply and are able to discern the season.

Walk in intimacy with Jesus, hearing His voice clearly.

Have insight into what God is doing and how to respond rightly.

Can lead others in truth, courage, and hope amid darkness.

In Matthew 24, Jesus repeatedly warned of deception in the last days. In verse 4, He said, “Take heed that no one deceives you.” Again in verses 11 and 24, He highlights false prophets and false christs who will deceive many—even the elect, if possible. The antidote to deception is understanding the truth.

The apostle Paul also emphasized this. In 1 Thessalonians 5:1–6, he tells the Church that the Day of the Lord will not overtake those who are awake and sober, but only those who are asleep. He expected believers to live in such a way that they would not be surprised by the timing of Jesus’ return.

This means rejecting spiritual apathy and embracing a lifestyle of prayer, study, and devotion. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth, and He is willing to teach, equip, and empower anyone who seeks the Lord with humility.

At King’s House DFW, we believe now is the time for the Church to rise in wisdom. God is not raising up fearful saints—He’s raising up forerunner messengers who carry both truth and tenderness. These voices will speak with clarity, walk in compassion, and lead others with boldness through the shaking ahead.

The generation of the Lord’s return will need people of understanding to shine like lights in a darkened world (Philippians 2:15). Will you be one of them?

161-Chapters-on-Jesus-Return.pdf
